At BN3TH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear must be in its original, unopened box to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Choose Your Option
Select whether you would like a full refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or an exchange for a different size or color.
Print and Pack
Generate your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original mailer, and attach the label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
